Little Hoopers 2025 - 2026
Our Little Hoopers program introduces preschool and kindergarten kids to basketball in a fun, playful, and supportive environment. Using age-appropriate equipment — smaller basketballs and lower hoops — kids learn the basics of dribbling, passing, and shooting while also building coordination, balance, and teamwork. Sessions are packed with engaging games and activities designed to keep young players active, smiling, and confident.
The focus isn’t on competition — it’s on movement, motor skills, and a love for the game. By combining basketball fundamentals with fun, Jersey Hoops Academy helps our youngest athletes develop a strong foundation for both sports and life.
Ages
The Little Hoopers program is designed for players ages 3 to 5 years old.
When
Little Hoopers is offered year round, Monday through Friday offering sessions from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Where
Little Hoopers is at Jersey Hoops Academy main gym.
Session Details
Little Hoopers sessions are 30 minutes and capped at 10 players per session.
Session packs: 8, 12, or 18.
