JERSEY HOOPS ACADEMY – NO REFUND POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following: No refunds will be issued for training sessions, memberships, camps, clinics, leagues, court rentals, merchandise, or any other products or services purchased. Missed sessions, late arrivals, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund. Credits or make-up sessions may be offered at Jersey Hoops Academy’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed. In the event Jersey Hoops Academy cancels a session, a make-up session or account credit will be provided. Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by law. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting Jersey Hoops Academy.
